What Sivlo provides

Sivlo measures how often AI answer engines recommend your business in real buying situations, compares you against the competitors named in the same answers, explains what separates them and recommends what to change. It does not touch your website. Your team decides what to do and does it.

This release measures through simulated answer engines. Simulated results are labelled as simulated everywhere they appear and are never presented as real observations.

Using your workspace

Use only the projects and organizations you are authorized to reach. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Do not put confidential information into a project description or a support email when the analysis does not need it.

You are responsible for what the people you invite to your workspace do with it.

What the results mean, and what they do not

AI answers vary between runs. Sivlo reports a change as real only when it is larger than the variation your own measurement shows when nothing has changed, and says so when it cannot tell the difference.

Recommendations are guidance. Sivlo does not guarantee that an AI will recommend you, does not predict what any change would gain, and does not claim that a change you made caused a later result. Anyone who sells you a guarantee on this is selling you something they cannot deliver.

Plans, payment and renewal

Starter, Growth and Pro are bought through the authenticated checkout. Business is scoped in a conversation and billed on the terms agreed there. Prices are shown in euros, and whether tax is added depends on where you and the seller are.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Annual billing for Starter, Growth and Pro is one yearly payment equal to ten monthly payments, giving you twelve months of access for the price of ten.

The current checkout is simulated. It does not charge a card and no money moves.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. The unused part of the current period is not refunded.

Cancelling does not delete what you measured. Existing measurements and history stay readable; new measurement needs an active subscription.

If you are buying as a consumer

Sivlo is sold to businesses and to individuals. If you buy as a consumer and EU or EEA consumer law applies to you, you have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.

If you ask for the service to start immediately — which you do by using it inside those 14 days — and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the period already served, and the rest is refunded. To withdraw, email hello@sivlo.fi with your account email; a clear statement is enough and no particular form is required.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Ending your access

Sivlo may suspend or end access if a subscription goes unpaid, or if an account is used to break these terms or the law. Except where the law or a serious breach requires otherwise, you will be told what the problem is and given a chance to fix it first.

Liability

Sivlo provides measurement and recommendations. It does not accept liability for business decisions you make on the strength of them, for what an AI answer engine does, or for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will be told before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel under the rules above if you do not accept it.
