Cancellations & refunds
How to cancel, and what you get back.
The short version: cancel whenever you like, keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. The rest of this page is the detail behind that.
No live sales yet. Sivlo has no registered contracting entity, so checkout is simulated and takes no money. These terms are the ones that apply once it does.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from billing settings, without giving a reason and without talking to anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Until then nothing changes: the subscription keeps working, monitoring keeps running, and your team keeps its access. At the end of the period the subscription stops and you are not billed again.
Manage your subscriptionWhat is refunded
The part of a billing period you have already started is not refunded. If you cancel three days into a month, you keep the rest of that month rather than getting the money back for it.
That rule is the whole policy. It applies the same way to monthly and annual billing, and there is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no charge for leaving.
If we get it wrong
A charge that should not have happened is refunded in full. That includes being billed after cancelling, being billed twice for the same period, and being charged the wrong amount. Email hello@sivlo.fi with your account email and the invoice reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords — they are never needed to sort this out.
If you bought as a consumer
Buying as an individual rather than for a business brings statutory rights with it. Where EU or EEA consumer law applies, you have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw, without giving a reason and whatever the rule above says.
If you started using Sivlo inside those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the period you had, and the rest is returned. Tell us in any clear form — an email saying you are withdrawing is enough.
These rights exist whether or not this page mentions them, and nothing here reduces them.
Business subscriptions
A Business plan is scoped in a conversation, and its cancellation and refund terms are the ones written into that agreement. Where that agreement is silent, this page applies.
Nothing is being charged yet
Sivlo has no registered contracting entity yet, so checkout is simulated: no card is charged and no money moves. Plan selections and invoice records in this release are examples. The rules above are what applies from the day that changes.
