Getting going

Four steps, in order.

Each one depends on the one before it. If a screen is not showing what you expect, the answer is usually a step that has not been completed yet.

  1. Step 01

    Set up your company

Sign in, name a workspace and add your website. Sivlo prepares a company profile and a market from it; you confirm both before any measurement runs, because everything downstream is built on them.

  2. Step 02

    Read a single answer

Open AI Searches to see the question exactly as it was asked, the answer that came back, and the sources cited. Competitors shows who was recommended in those same answers.

  3. Step 03

    Choose what to change

Recommendations connect an observed gap to a practical change, each with the evidence that produced it and a brief your team can implement. Open one before you commit to it.

  4. Step 04

    Follow what happened

Your overview shows when measurement last ran and what is scheduled. History only reports movement once two measurements are comparable, and says so when they are not.

Asked most often

Three that come up every week.

All three are the product behaving as designed rather than failing, which is why the answer is a definition rather than a fix.

My number moved but nothing is flagged
Movement inside the estimated noise band is not reported as a change. The threshold and the sample size are both on the history panel.
Monitoring says it is paused
Measurement waits until the company and market review is complete, and stops if a subscription lapses. The overview names which one applies.
An engine is missing from a result
A failed provider call is recorded as an operational miss, not as an absence. It is excluded from the denominator rather than counted against you.

Talk to a person

We answer our own support mail.

There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it. Tell us which page you were using, what you expected and what happened, and you will get an answer from someone who can read the measurement behind it.
